I love it so much. I learn Spanish on Preply and my teacher is Diana. She is the best Spanish teacher I ever had I had Duolingo, but I don’t really like it cause I have to do it every single day but I love that you can do it from one day to five days a week. It’s really funny. You should try it. It’s really really fun. There’s a bunch of different tutors and I love it so much I really do and you will love it so much if you buy it I think it’s free but my mom got it for me and I was so excited for my first lesson and I loved it so much. It’s my best learning app ever especially with Diana.

I dint notice it at first but later I found out my credits were expiring. This system is morally wrong. I paid for my classes it doesn’t cost this company anything to keep my credits current. It’s a scam!

I’m learning such great Spanish so far and I cannot wait to learn more from Preply. There is a selection of languages but the teachers are great my teacher is truly a good one, nice to meet and overall not a rush. I appreciate everything she does for me like she is always kind and understanding. My teacher really takes consideration into her work and teaching. Also there is homework but it’s easy and helps you get better at learning Spanish so this is my thanks you! Adiós.

I love that you can try different tutors until you find the right one for you. This app is the best Spanish learning app by a mile.

Preply is my favorite for language learning. I found a tutor I love, shoutout to Anh L.! The sound quality is way better than I would expect ❤️

Keep an eye on your credit card statement after you cancel. They’ll charge you monthly. Even after you cancel your subscription is finished.

Estuve como profesora menos de una semana en la app y lo único que recibí fueron mensajes de “alumnos” con fotos de perfil sumamente inapropiadas, imágenes explícitas de cosas que nada tienen que ver con enseñar un idioma, completamente decepcionante. No es un lugar seguro para aprender ni enseñar

Tengan cuidado. Contraté 4 clases para mi hijo para un examen puntual. Y la plataforma te renueva mensualmente sin que pidas renovación. Para colmo de males te programa fechas de clases sin que te enteres

I really recommend this app, is great if you chose a great tutor. If you would like to learn Spanish I recommend Carolina Z I just did a session and it went great and she really focuses on improving every area.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend if you have any issues support is literally not helpful at all. I don’t enjoy their subscription model. The tutors can be great-really takes trial and error.

UPDATE* of course the response from Preply was the same stock response to other users’ frustrations, further confirming that this app probably does not have human support at all. No actual communication, just automated messages that don’t help or explain anything whatsoever I woke up this morning to an email saying that my account was cancelled, even though I had a lesson scheduled for 11am. I tried contacting customer service and the AI chat transferred me to 3 different “human agents” in the span of 30 minutes, neither whom answered any real questions I had, all who seemed to be also be automated AI responses, and then unceremoniously stated “you violated a rule and policy and we will no longer talk to you per the discretion of our agents”. With 7 scheduled lessons after being on the app for 2 months, I now am locked out of my account with no explanation as to why or how. No support has been given and I’ve learned that at least 2-3 people have had the same experience as me in the last two months.

진짜 겨우겨우 튜터등록까지 했는데 수익창출할때 운전면허랑 여권있어야지 돼요 신분증은 안된대요; 그리고 그 얘기를 상담원한테 안내받다가 제가 신분증으로는 어렵냐고 문의했을 뿐인데 갑자기 저를 차단시키고 고객센터도 막햐서 앱 사용 제한됐어요 이게 무슨경우죠? 제가 욕이나 협박을 한 적도 없는데 ㅋㅋㅋ 괜히 시간만 날렸네요 고객센터도 엉망이고 시스템도 엉망이에요 이 앱 홍보하는 사람들도 거르세요; 강의팔이들이에요 신규 튜터들은 초반 유입 모으기 정~~~말 힘듭니다 ㅎㅎ
