Good quality video, easy to use, saves my settings so I can click on the appointment link and I’m ready to go
It is impossible to communicate with clients over that constant whistling sound. It’s very frustrating!!

Works well
I’m giving 5 stars because my provider was excellent, so I have no issues with quality of care. Also, the reason for telehealth was that I forgot about my appt, so we were able to make it work with telehealth, which was great! However, I personally don’t like being on camera and feel very uncomfortable…so, even though it was handy, and my provider was great, I prefer in-person 100 times over.
We had to request to be added to the call several times after being dropped due to chat room issues
Honea is a great counselor, she listens, she is educated and is a great teacher. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
This is a 3 star session as my therapist was frozen for 2/3’s of the session an I was also but o ly 3-4 minutes !
Beautiful reception!!
Can work well, but lately my clients have indicated on several occasions, that they have been waiting in the session but they do not appear on my end. I initially thought they were not showing up, but after I called them to see if they were available, they said they were waiting a couple of minutes before the session started. They indicated the message they saw was waiting for the clinician to connect. Please fix this. They weren’t able to connect for several minutes, 11 minutes later for some of them.
I’m an iPhone 16 Pro Max user and anytime I get a telephone call it will interrupt and end the telehealth session and then I have to rejoin the appointment. I’ve even tried turning on focus to do not disturb, but calls and notifications still come through. It’s like the phone doesn’t recognize I’m connected to a telehealth session. I do not have these problems with telehealth sessions generated in My Chart or Zoom. I continue looking at various settings to stop the problem, but so far I’ve been unsuccessful.
It goes on and off (the camera) audio sounds weird and muffled sometimes, sometimes audio doesn’t sync to video.
