It just stamped an image on the live view from my camera. None of the on screen “buttons” were operable. Can I get a refund?

Does not work. Just triple tested it.
Trying to record vehicles speeding in the neighborhood. Too difficult to operate. Slow to respond and not accurate. A waste of money.
