Just called to add my knee pain to a doctors appointment for my shoulder pain. I thought it was great that they allowed me to get both issues taken care of in the one visit.
Just download mychart instead if you can — it’s slow, but definitely faster than this app. With the bonus of not hovering an AI chatbot you didn’t ask for over the interface

Providence finally coordinates and makes Labcorp scheduling easier.
I walked in 25-30 pounds lighter than a week before, feet covered in blisters and the team at Providence was there for me. Even though it was past midnight, the front desk and nursing staff and doctor were all cheery and ready to help. Thank you Providence!

App review probably has some degree of bias, as I really appreciate the care and attention I receive from my doctor and staff. Could be that I’m getting older (57) and just pay closer attention or it could be they are really great, perhaps both. With that out of the way, app is very intuitive, I never find myself feeling lost or looking around for some icon or drop down box. I need to schedule an appointment, easily found and set up, receive notifications immediately. Test results, get a notification and they are there. Actually even more thorough, I get notification I have taken a test (bloodwork for example) and get a notification that it is awaiting review from my care team. Going out of the country, need to make sure you have enough meds? Yep easily navigated through the app. Great job Providence!
