My app been down they haven’t fixed it over two weeks

The app is great and very accessible. I really appreciate its basic layout although the younger side of me would love to see a bit more in the app!

I should not have to reload my app every week! and i also should not have to add more credot cards to upload a free app

There should be a feature to alert you when you are scheduled to clock in and out.

App constantly freezes or takes forever for things to load. Sometimes you have to delete the app and reinstall for it to even open up.

Great Company/App wouldn’t ask for nothing better!!

This app shuts down and does not get a signal frequently. I have had to delete the app and reload it time after time. It is very frustrating.

If my last review wasn’t bad enough, the latest bug is terrible. The Face ID option isn’t working anymore. When a user selects the Face ID sign in option, the only thing that happens is a little dialogue box opens up that says “Face ID”. The actual Face ID function seems to be broken, and deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix the issue.

Constant dropping, problem with location service to access signing in or out. Used for logging work and hours for clients, such problematic issues, in 8 months have had to uninstall and reload app 6 times in those 8 months of using. Strength of location service to access logging in or out, for better quicker service care. Sometimes I wish for paper work slip than this hassle. I am computer and app knowledgeable, so isn’t a “learning curve@. Please fix.

App hasn’t been working for me. I try to get past the log in screen and it just keeps loading and says “Authenticating”.. please fix this problem so I can sign in properly for my shifts.

This app is terrible at showing past shifts. If you clock in for a shift on Saturday night, it disappears by Sunday morning and there is no way to clock out unless you call the office. The app blocks out the previous week making it impossible to go back to see the days/hours you have worked so far. All other apps I use as a caregiver gives the option to view previous weeks. I hope this can be fixed soon.

It always freeze and got reboot some many times. Or you got log off and re log on. It horrible
