Having the running tally, coupons pop up immediately, and then skipping the line! Awesome

The app is extremely slow, always glitching with the coupons, and now has kicked me out with no ability to reset my password (glitching out when I try to reset as well). It’s literally the WORST app I have downloaded on my phone. Painful experience every time.

BJ’s APP is one of the easiest vehicles to order items. Once the order is placed you are kept up to date on the progress. The pick up process is fast and efficient. One of my favorites.

I rely on same-day delivery and even paid the annual delivery membership fee, but nearly one out of every three orders has missing items. The process for resolving problems is extremely frustrating. If you need to return an item, you’re required to take it back to the store yourself. When items are missing, you have to call the store so they can review their camera system to determine whether the mistake was theirs. If they conclude it was a delivery issue, you’re then told to contact DoorDash to file a claim and wait for the store to reimburse DoorDash before you can receive a refund. Unfortunately, I’ve never successfully received a refund through this process. The worst experience was when more than $300 worth of groceries was delivered to the wrong house. Despite reporting the issue, many emails and calls to customer service, I never received my groceries or a refund. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Between the frequent order issues, the complicated claims process, and the lack of resolution, the annual delivery membership simply hasn’t been worth

Great way to checkout faster and find items.

Simply opening the app ONCE and checking the gas price uses over 50MB of cellular data. Data isn’t free. Completely unacceptable. An app I spend barely any time on shouldn’t be using more data than my social media apps…

App is too slow

Very easy app.

When I scroll down the Coupons page, it is keeps repeating the top ~10-20 items without showing me the rest, it seems stuck
