Veo makes your daily commute easier and faster. Download the app, grab a Veo e-scooter, bike, or e-bike and just enjoy the ride. HOW VEO WORKS Step 1: Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike. Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooter's or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride! Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the "End Ride" button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest! Questions about Veo? Amazing
It doesn’t let me cancel my subscription
I find it very, very irritating as a person like me who doesn’t have a car and has to rely on public transportation. These no ride zones are nothing but a waste of money I spent $2.80 where I couldn’t even end the ride not only but you parked 7 bike in a no ride zone very scammy like of your company
Worst company to work with I booked a bike just picked it up and it was broken, I tried to end my ride and it showed me that I'm in the red zone please move your bike to the green zone I CANNOT BECAUSE THE BIKE IS BROKEN YOU WANT ME TO MOVE IT ON MY SHOULDER TO THE GREEN ZONE? I cannot end my ride and they charge me $140 Right away I called the support and they didn't pick up the phone I would like to leave 0 of 5 but there is no option
You have to return the bikes to designated spaces to end ride. Biggest waste of money since I had to then walk in the rain for 10 mins to my location
Perfect ride
I’ve been using veo for over a year now and have always had a pretty great experience but this weekend I ran into some issues while using their group ride feature (which wasn’t so much their fault but rather just unfortunate circumstances). I reached out to customer service for support on the issue and they were so quick to respond and resolve the issue. Super grateful and impressed. Definitely the best go to rental service to get around cities and campuses.
Invasive
Ride was great other then it needs a pedal. One of them is gone.
Don’t think about using these if you’re staying in one of the condos or buildings by Lido, the fact that we had to park so far away from where we were staying defeated the entire purpose of the ride, complete waste of money and time. I will be switching to lyft app completely from now on
Fun short ride but I love the speed on it
