Terrible app from a terrible company. Slow, laggy, glitchy, everything. Just infuriating.
I have done everything I could think of and looked up what could be wrong with the app. It’s ridiculous. Why even have one. There’s nothing on it. Not even ID cards. Nothing loads. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, turned phone off/on. Don’t waste your time downloading. It won’t work. Use a regular computer.
The Dental Vital Savings plan App is not user friendly. You can not see your plan effective and end date. Have not been billed for 2026. The Dental providers don’t pull up in Tucson, Az. Customer service ca not pull up account information for plan payment. Do better Aetna!
I haven’t been able to log in through the app for a couple of months. It always says “come back soon, we’re having some technical issues.”
Useless app, have to use the website. Their chat and AI also sucks beyond repair. They are great on the phone though usually, so just call them for anything urgent.
I really like the user experience on this app.
I don’t know what it is, but I’ve never been able to login using the app. It always tells me System Unavailable. Every. Single. Time. Making me have to use the website. Incredibly annoying.
The app works great and I am very happy with Aetna. The last couple of updates showed you could add your ID card to apple wallet. I see the option in the description lot do that but my iPhone 14 doesn’t show that?
Totally satisfied, fast response. Been a member for multiple years. Service like a concierge without the hassle or high fees. Highly recommend this service and vendor
What’s with the FORCED UPDATES to even open and look at my own policy!!! Ridiculous
