I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Nintendo. When I first opened my Switch, the charger itself was fine, but the actual charging port on the console was already half-broken right out of the box. I didn't think much of it at the time and figured it would be fine, but now it has completely given out and the Switch will no longer charge at all. When I reached out to their customer support team for help, I got absolutely nowhere. I received zero helpful assistance, no real solutions, and was basically left completely on my own. Because they refused to actually help me resolve the issue or take responsibility for sending a defective console, I am now stuck with a completely dead, useless piece of plastic that I can no longer use. It is ridiculous that a company this massive cares so little about its community once they already have your money. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for about 4 years now, and I am very disappointed in their help team.

Bro this is awesome. It feels like the home menu on your device. If you are a Nintendo fan, you need this app.

I don’t want to update my apps automatically so this forced toy to update for minor changes. Nintendo needs to understand that some people don’t want to spend money on data charges.

Please add the Pokédex from Pokopia on this app! I’m so tired of constantly having to open the Pokédex in-game to check what each Pokémon’s favorites are, checking habitat info, etc. Because I’m forgetful (there’s too much to try to remember anyway), I’m opening the in-game Pokedex like more than anything else in the game at this point. It’d be nice to just have it always open in the Nintendo app as I play. Also, checking every Pokémon’s comfort levels at the PC is annoying too because I have to run across the map most of the time. It’d be nice to have realtime data on their comfort levels on here too. Please, I beg you! Support for Pokopia would make the game and the Nintendo Switch app 10x better. 🙏

As a small YouTuber, I can’t get my mic to work and it disappoints me that there are no screen casting on the app

Guys lcd screen sounds a shame of screen with a battery life can last about 3h on portable that’s nothing but a downgrade from my switch oled that last 7h the battery playing sword and shield or even Zelda Breath of the wild 😜

Hi creators! in the next animal crossing update can you add more fairy like items? Like elf ears, fairy wings, giant flowers flower baskets,and a big greenhouse? And also add more pocket camp items too? Like some pocket camp hairstyles, holdable plushies and more? And also, can you make a editor where you can put stuff in the water too? I've always wanted to put stuff in the water in the game itself. And add boats too and also add lily pads as well! 𖡼𖤣𖥧𖡼𓋼𖤣𖥧𓋼𓍊 and alsooo add a tree house and more trees? Like willow trees or mangrove trees too?
