Very hard to use

This card is a scam says you have to have 20 us dollars to use virtual. What kind of virtual card is this. I used it for my face book settlement. I had a balance of 11.42 over a year ago and every time I tried to use it declined. Had a second payment from facebook privacy settlement only 6.12 and made total 17.54 still couldn’t use as virtual scam scam scam! Don’t accept Blackhawk prepaid through my card wallet.

This app is completely unnecessary, making the cards that use it effectively less valuable money and you pay in being tracked

It is highly frustrating that every month money is taken from this card, especially considering the reason why you receive this card was for a breach of privacy and sensitive information stolen!another slap in the face

Can’t get any cards loaded to app

Unable to use these gift cards without creating an account and you can’t check your balance or add to Apple Pay. There’s a QR code when you purchase these that does not scan and there is zero instructions a number to call to activate these cards. These cards advertise Google pay and Apple Pay as logos on their offerings. When trying to login, it says “error”. You also have to create an account to use this and you have to agree to their terms and conditions and their privacy policy all for a gift card. Unable to login and will not create another account agreeing to some sort of superfluous activity. 72 hours to resolve before this is made public in a litigation setting. Correct this immediately.

It was easy to download and add to my wallet

When you try to add a second virtual card to your wallet, it keeps adding your first card and tells you that the second card was added. This is called a dark pattern and it’s meant to deny you the funds that you are entitled to. Corruption at its worst.

What a battle !

How do you delete some of these cards off?

I like this app it makes me happy
