Easy to use, looks great, and provides a lot of data for a feee app!
Terrible customer service. Only sends you back bot like custom responses. Order routing is terrible and slow execution.
I use several platforms for news and info but I prefer Webull. I can quickly identify meaningful and actionable market indicators. I recommend taking the time to explore and learn the platform and all it has to offer.
I’ve been using Webull for 4 years and it’s really great for a newbie. Easy to read charts and real time P&Ls. I would recommend it to everyone.
Trade prices don’t reflect the actual price. So we end up paying more than the price of any stock we want to buy.
We like using Webull, I don’t like that by using their app they are able to collect Sensitive information from my phone. I would rather pay for the app versus having them sell my information in order to make money.

Why can’t I set trailing stop order beyond one day, this is terrible feature gap, please improve.
It won’t let me rearrange my accounts, when I first opened this account my margin was always stacked on top now it’s at the bottom, I keep moving it but it doesn’t stay
Best brokerage
I enjoy the platform a lot started taking trading seriously as an order flow trader has level2,time and sales, the ladder. For a mostly free platform for trading and investing it’s been very enjoyable and educating to use. It’s given me the tools I need to properly conduct trades and see buy and sell signals. I suggest it to anyone looking for a good broker that’s cost effective and able to provide all the necessary tools and indicators.
Extremely frustrating experience. I attempted to close my account after realizing there was only $0.19 remaining in it. Since the account required a zero balance before closure, I initiated a transfer for the remaining amount. The transfer clearly stated there would be no fee involved, yet the transfer failed for reasons never properly explained to me. Now, instead of my account being closed, I suddenly have a negative balance of $4.81 and am being told I need to deposit money to resolve it. This makes absolutely no sense to me, especially considering I did not authorize anything that should have resulted in additional charges. The entire situation feels incredibly misleading and poorly handled. Rather than helping customers close their accounts smoothly, the process seems designed to create unnecessary complications and unexpected balances. Customer support has not provided a satisfactory explanation or resolution so far. I strongly encourage others to carefully monitor their balances, transfers, and account activity if they choose to use this platform.
