I absolutely adore my Vet. I had to bring Charlie in this morning because I wasn't sure whether or not he had ingested poison. Dr. Reid and staff jumped on it and took care of it right away.
They are always responsive and helpful. Have always went above and beyond for my rottie. Could not ask for a better vet!

All of my family has been very pleased with the doctors and staff at this VCA hospital. They are very attentive and supportive of their clients. Are always happy to answer all questions especially when it concerns new treatments that can come up with our pets. They make it easier for us to take care of our animals. Recommend this VCA for anyone looking for a wonderful animal hospital and very friendly and caring group of professionals. The Baskin family.
The staff here is amazing and everyone is just so helpful. I feel welcome and At Home when we stop by to see.Hana’s vet. I trust the doctor was here more than my own personal physician. They truly care as much as you would hope and want for your fit baby
Of all the vets offices I have used over the decades, this is by far my favorite! The staff are top notch! They really love what they do and it shows in everything they do! Our dogs love this place!!

If you just want history from your primary vet, this app is ok. However, if you take your pet to a specialist or to an emergency center which are part of VCA, you must change your primary hospital. This makes it difficult to access pet information at stressful times. Why can’t I just select all of the VCA facilities where my pets get treated without having to jump through hoops when a new doctor asks me about when was it and dosages and frequency? I’m not asking for facilities to have access to each others’ records, but why can’t I have access to all of the VCA facilities where I have accounts? Why only a primary vet?
