Crochet and Knit Counter helps you keep track of the rows while you're working on your project, and is greatly accessible for users of voice-over. Simply tap almost anywhere on the screen and track your rows. Need to repeat the same count a number of times? This app let's you do exactly that! Working on multiple projects simultaneously? No problem, just create multiple projects, and give each of them their own name. Prefer to work in silence? Use the option to turn of the tap-sound, easy! Don't like the color theme of the app? Change it, there are many different options to choose from, and if you become a supporter of the app, the icon will also take on the color you select! Oh, and don't worry about your screen turning off, as it will stay on while you are using the app, without draining your battery! Use the widget on the today view for maximum convenience! Not fancy. Does exactly what I want it to do, which is easily mark my current rows completed. I love being able to not only have multiple projects going but to also have a section for each piece of my WIP if I want.
I’ve used this app for several projects and love the simplicity and the features for counting repeat sections plus the ability to track multiple projects since I always have a few WIP’s going all of the time! I’ve tried other apps but this one is the best!
I’ve used this counter for a few years it’s helps when counting my rows. It’s come in handy for sure.
The background color is a gray that makes it look like you’ve dimmed your screen. Can’t figure out how to change it. Annoying.
I’ve used this app for years and love it. I started using it with the base model before you could change the colors and it’s had a few more features added over time. I like the dates for started projects as well when it was last worked on. Kind of a reality check for the long abandoned projects from 2021 lol. I also like that I can have multiple counters at once, I’m a project hopper so I need to be able to keep track of them all.
UPDATE: the dev let me know that what I thought were two bars at the bottom is, in fact, a minus sign. Making this the perfect basic counting app. Thanks! I have been looking for a simple row counter app to replace the one I had which is no longer supported. This one fills the bill. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because it doesn't seem possible to go back a row; if you mess up you have to either make a note elsewhere or by this the perfect basic counting app reset and count back up.
I absolutely love this app! It has been such a huge help with keeping up with row counts, now I do more then just blankets. My only problem is I really like the pastel color options but the gray background makes it to hard to see the number I’m on. Could there be a way to change the background from gray to black?
I love this app so much! I knit socks, and the app allows me to keep track of the number of rounds on each part of the sock. Just a tap on the screen and I’m back to knitting. As someone who doesn’t always read my knitting as well as I should, this app is exactly what I need. Highly recommend!
Easy to use. I keep it on my Home Screen and use it all the time.
this is literally just a counter. you tap for stitches and it counts how many rows you do. no bells and whistles. simple and to the point. thank goodness!!!
