I’m trying to set an appointment right now and my screen is black! SMH why won’t yall work???

Will not allow me to sign up or look for barbers.

My app has been lagging lately can’t see the screen so with all of this being said I don’t know who I had to give a service for the last week

My boyfriend is a barber and he has been scheduling appointments for about 2 months through the app. The app didn’t properly inform him about auto completing payments. He expected, like many other apps like this, to automatically accept the payments. He wasn’t informed that he had to individually accept every single client’s payments. He lost more than $2000. The app didn’t properly inform him or even notify him that his clients payments weren’t going through to his bank. He contacted the support team and they were no help at all. This app needs to better inform or notify that things aren’t going through.

Only Jax Barber I use. Travel from out of State just to get the right cut! Thank you!

I’ve been using this app to setup appointments for myself for the past year and a half or so. It’s generally pretty good and support is good, but I’ve had 3 pretty major bugs in that timeframe that unfortunately required me to contact support to resolve. There seems to be issues with whatever service they use to process payments because each bug was about that, and it prevented paying for the haircut, booking appointments, and closing out the appointment even if it did charge me correctly. These bugs prevent any payment from going through (doesn’t matter the bank, the card type, if it’s cash app pay, etc), it just doesn’t work sometimes.

I’d like to note that I’ve used this so for almost 6 years now. Clients are able to say whatever they want in your reviews brandish your name and lie just because they aren’t a fan of you in the outside world even if they didn’t have a service done by you. As the barber you have no to counter it or explain to others that the reviews are false. I have a large following and a lot of people go on my account just to troll not actually wanting a service. The sad part about it is they can this and I can’t defend myself. They’ve told me for 2-3 years now that they are working on a feature for barbers to counter this yet they still haven’t. As barbers we pay 25 a month and 100s to 1000s in service fees yearly. They make mostly all there money off of us but don’t care about the barber or their input. I will be leaving this app for that reason.
