Playback no longer works :( It makes the entire system useless
Was in queue for over an hour with no answer. Finally emailed and heard back 2 days later. Finally got an email around 9am. Emailing them back and forth until 3:50pm. That’s almost 7 HOURS!!!! They basically said I needed to get in contact with a 3rd party installer for more support. Aka, pay someone to fix the app issues.

Приложение живет своей жизнью, хочет показывает фото событий, хочет не показывает. Иногда шифрует и пароль ничего не открывает. Неужели у вас там нет нормальных программистов? Вышло обновление, думал ну хоть поправят баги… Ага, поправили… Ничего не поменялось.
App and cameras were great for 3.5 yrs and now 5/4/26 I no longer can view any live views on any of my cameras. Online search of problem came up blank.
I’m currently using a half dozen security related apps… and this one, by far, is the most useful and stable. Really surprised and impressed!
2-3 or 4 times a day it shows that it is offline.
Do not update to v 6.11.59 the live view crashes several times per day on iPad. SUPER ANNOYING! It use to work all day.
