Call drop, and they freeze a lot don’t care for the app
Clean interface, quick , clear team communication, great for staying connected with patients.

When I opened my small clinic, I did a lot of research and trialed several popular VOI phone systems. Spruce comes out on top for multiple reasons: affordability, HIPAA compliance, text capability, message organization (can assign messages to team members), and ease of use for both the provider and the patient. Spruce is created and managed by healthcare providers and it shows. This is a well thought out platform with lots of options for a growing practice.
I believe it is very difficult to upload. So far I can’t upload anything. Not easy to use.
Spruce’s HIPPA compliant messaging app is just as easy as texting.
