Within a couple of days the GeoShred app updates were rolled out that fixed my issue. Thanks!
I used the black bars a lot to bend notes from right and left side of geoshred but in V7 the bend is out of tune why? Please there’s no need for black bars now we are in 2026 we don’t use iPods now. Either fix the bending problem or make geoshred in full screen. Apple is not blocking that

I am so glad I discovered GeoShred. It has added a new dimension to my amateur musical journey. The variety and richness of available sounds is unbelievable. I really love the features including the ability to use external input devices like the Seaboard. It calls out to keep shredding!
I can’t lie. I was pretty sure this app was gonna crash or something, but I was only going based off of books but it’s actually really nice. It’s actually really calming in pretty pretty useful.

Thanks for this app. I’m learning to use it still but so far it’s a lot of fun to use. I like the nuances you get while playing. It feels better than almost all other touch interfaces I’ve played.
Man… lemme tell ya somethin’, kid. Back in ’86, I was rippin’ solos on a pink Charvel through a half-stack taller than my drummer’s ego. My hair was a flammable monument to Aqua Net, my pants tighter than a snare head, and every night was a power ballad waiting to happen. But these days? The only thing I’m shreddin’ is on my iPad, thanks to GeoShred. This app — hoo boy — it’s the real deal. The way that fretboard bends and screams when you slide your finger? It’s like Eddie and Vai had a lovechild inside a touchscreen. The tone… silky, punchy, expressive — all the sustain of a Floyd Rose dive without the broken string at soundcheck. And don’t even get me started on the GeoTenorSax. I fired that baby up, and suddenly I was Glenn Frey himself, cruising through neon-lit streets playing “You Belong to the City.” The expressiveness, the breath control — it’s pure 80’s drama. I might’ve even teared up a little. (Don’t tell the guys.) Can’t wait to pick up more of the others, looking at U Oboe and Clarinet. GeoShred lets you feel the music again, man. You can bend, slide, wail — all without hauling your rig out of storage or reapplying your spandex. Whether you’re still rocking or just reminiscing, GeoShred proves that the shred never dies… it just went digital, baby. 🎶🔥
