I so appreciate MoneyLion. I needed some money in a moment and MoneyLion came through
If I had a chance to not put a star it would have none. Don’t use this bank due to they will close your account without requesting for an information where the funds are coming from. Then they give you the run around so I could have sent proof that the money was coming from the school. Instead of letting me remove the funds they are now sending it back to my school. They had me resend my ID apparently so I would think that their mistake was being corrected. They permanently closed my account because I was having funds going into my account
The service is pretty awesome. It keeps you on your toes making sure you hit all the marks. Follow the directions. Have a great time.
They changed my direct deposit information to steal my paycheck after connecting to ADP and then locked me out of my account so I couldn’t take my money back! DO NOT USE THIS APP! CONVENIENT THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EITHER!

I have been a loyal customer of MoneyLion and even recruited others to this app for years now. I have never had any issues until recently. That's when I saw their true colors! I have never known a lending company to penalize loyal customers for paying off their debts EARLY!!! I normally always pay back my Instacash loan on my paydays however this past weekend I got paid early. I decided to get ahead of the game and pay off my Instacash loan early and reborrow. BIG MISTAKE! Because I reborrowed two days before my payday they expected me to pay back my new instacash loan two days later! 48 hours to pay back instacash is ethically and I suspect LEGALLY wrong! So now the rest of my Instacash available funds have been blocked because the system thinks I never repaid my original loan because I paid it early and reborrowed before my regular payday. and MoneyLion doesn't allow their reps to fix this issue or update the system so I'm screwed because I can't access my money! The same issue also affected my credit builder loan! I was penalized for making my credit builder loan early and because I wouldn't pay double by paying it again on my payday two days later, they are considering it a late payment!!! They are screwing up my credit for paying my loan early!!! THIS IS UNFAIR, RIDICULOUS, AND DARE I SAY, ILLEGAL?! And throughout this entire process getting in touch with customer service has been IMPOSSIBLE... that is unless you want to delete your account! I called three different phone numbers ten times over the past two days and waited on hold for fifteen minutes each time before hanging up. I sent two emails and even reached out to them on social media and still have not received a response. And don't even get me started on the so called "chat." Anyone whose tried using it knows that's a complete joke. You can't even see the screen! But wouldn't you know it, the minute I click on the "delete my account" button, after trying for two days to reach someone, a brand new phone number pops up and they answer on the first ring! They know exactly what they're doing and I am so disappointed to be treated this way after being a loyal customer for so long. I will be deleting my account as soon as this is cleared up.
Charging a tip on a cash advance is probably as scandalous as you can get.
The app itself works fine for what it advertises, once trying to remove any kind of information or deleting the app they will ignore your request.
