These include exercises for chops, clamps, pinch and pop, and several others. Finally, there is a reaction timer for when you are off the field. You still here the lacross ref whistle blow, but can react with a touch of a button. This can help improve your overall reaction speed.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
