QuikTrip: Coupons, Fuel, Food

After charging me a $30 fee and immediately sending the matter to collections, I ended up paying an extra $30 that I should never have been charged in the first place. That experience showed me exactly how your company treats its customers.

Had a sticker on door saying 10$ off 2 packs of Marlboro after age verification and I did it and when I went up to get my two packs FIRST NORMAL PRICE 6$ more than Casey’s or maverick and the coupon was for 2.50 off STILL MORE EXPENSIVE AND NO 10$ off coupon like door said and I have a photograph of the door and sticker says 10$ off 2 packs not up too or anything like that

I will add a credit card but their only option is to connect to my bank account, not happening!

Please add dark mode as an option. Also need warning before blinding user w full-brightness when viewing offers with coupon barcodes.

It always had an alert notification, but there was nothing when I opened the app, so it got deleted.

I’ve used the app flawlessly multiple times for fuel and food purchases. What is missing are complete transaction details, in other words, an itemized listing of items purchased per visit.

Twice, I’ve been burned by the coupons in the app. The first time the guy just told me they weren’t honoring the coupon at that store after I’d ordered and was on the hook. The second time, I was confused about which cup was the “Big Q cup” mentioned in the coupon. (Several cups looked like the picture in the app’s coupon). I asked the guy stocking near the drink station if the cup I showed him was correct, and he said I had the correct one. I filled the cup and then checkout said I had the wrong cup. Instead of $.50, it was two bucks. Just not worth the hassle, honestly. So, both times I tried to use the app, QT didn’t do me right, IMHO.

One day it just randomly logged me out of my account and now I cannot go back into my account

Was stuck in a password reset loop after the recent app update. I had to call into customer support and submit a ticket, waited a fews days and attempted to login again after another password reset. For anyone reading that’s going through something similar, What worked for me was to manually type in my password. When I used FaceID to automatically put in my login credentials, it woudn’t work even though I made sure the username/email and updated password is correct in the password app. I’m just happy I’m able to use the app again as QT has the lowest priced top tier quality fuel in the area.

I love this app but for some reason it keeps kicking me out of my account. I have deleted and reinstalled this app like 3 times now and it has done the same thing each time. I just want to be able to be active in my account so i can use the app for longer than a week. I dont want to have to re-login just cause it decides i was logged out. Please fix this issue!!
