Some can be a little easer to navigate thru
I’ve been using my oura ring to track temperature changes as well as sleep. Instead of only tracking changes in temp though, I would love it if you could add actual body temperature in addition to just the fluctuations.
Too many problems with this app, not worth spending time to write many pages. Their AI couldn’t help. It took days for them to delete the account. Created a new one, it’s the same error “something went wrong” if I use the website or the App. Until this is fixed I cannot use the ring!
I love that I can see my sleep quality and any stress throughout the day and track my activity
There’s a lot of hype around this ring and maybe that’s why I’m not very impressed. It’s likely that my expectations were higher. I wear it and I track my sleep for the most part but not much else. Because if it’s cost, knowing what I know now I probably would not buy it again.
I love how steep by step it explains everything. It’s honestly been on point with everything.
The Oura ring sets the standard for personal tracking devices. You quickly forget you’re wearing it until you look down and you think, that ring is so pretty. Oura tracks everything you need and helps you set the pace for your day, by tracking rest, cycle, stress, and so much more. Activity tracked in real time, with a list of what seems like 1000 activities to choose from. This makes it easy to customize, but don’t worry if you don’t see your activity, just create your own. Also the precise location GPS has saved me a few times. I love this ring and won’t ever leave home without it!
Although I love the ring and the features, the charging part is exhausting. It’s gotten to the point where I have to charge it more than once a day.
Cannot turn off Rest Mode
This app changed my life. It gave me more meaningful accurate data which prompted me to make a conscious change.
As of the last update, my ring stopped working. It's too bad b cause I loved mine ring.
