The only thing I like about this is that I can set my max speed to get accurate arrival times. The adding stop feature doesn’t add the stop in order of distance it tags it into the end of the trip and says to backtrack the whole way back after arriving at final destination.

Hi. I wish this app had a report a faster route feature because I am finding in my area that Google Maps provides me with faster routes. I googled does here we go let you report faster routes and here is the answer Google Ai gave me: HERE WeGo does not feature a manual, user submitted "report a faster route" button to instantly alter algorithms. Users should be allowed to report faster routes within the app to help improve the app and users should also be allowed to attached photos when reporting a faster route. You can do these things in Apple Maps and Google Maps in the report a problem or report an issue section. Google Maps also has a help and feedback section. This app had a feedback feature within the app and it seems you guys have removed that feature. Why? Google Maps and Apple Maps and Waze all have feedback features within the app. Mapquest does as well but the only difference is you have to send an email to give feedback. In Google Maps, Apple Maps and TomTom maps & traffic you do not have to use your email to send feedback

Cannot get voice back to this app. Don’t know what happened to it but the voice is gone. So this app is totally useless for me. Tried everything to get it back but no use I liked when it was working but that was about 3hours ago that’s how long I’ve been working on it

One thing that I find difficult about this app is that it’s hard to find restaurants or coffee, shops, etc., near landmarks. That’s my most common use case for map apps. Either this app is really not built to do that or the UX is too confusing to easily put in a landmark and then have it show restaurants or other things near it.

The Burren Visitor Centre recommended this app for driving in Co. Clare, and it’s a game changer. After a week full of Apple Maps taking us on tight, one-lane back country roads (with traffic going both ways—not fun), HERE WeGo has kept us on formal roads everywhere possible, speeding both driving comfort and trip times by a huge margin. It isn’t the most sophisticated app (the directions voice is old-school computer), and I haven’t used it elsewhere yet, but I’m really thankful to have found it.

I’m not a big fan of this app, the directions are ok.

The HERE apps, including HERE WeGo are better than the other widely used navigation apps that I have used. HERE apps have the adjustable settings and features that I like and use most. I plan on researching the HERE apps more for my personal use and for recommendations.

The app does not list my legal street address. The closest options are nowhere close. Amazon uses this company as its mapping service. As a result, I am not getting my packages.
