Customer service is useless. They don’t help at all. I can’t access my account they don’t give any reasons just outta the blue can’t access anymore. Wouldn’t recommend! Not worth it. Use other apps
They send ads to your inbox as if it were a message from someone. There is no way to clear the “message”

Bumble is a high-anxiety chore masquerading as a progressive dating app. Behind the "feminist" branding lies an aggressive, buggy cash grab that hides basic functionality behind exorbitant paywalls. It offers all the shallow, algorithmic fatigue of Tinder, but with an added dose of psychological pressure and corporate hypocrisy. You’d think technological progress would enable Bumble to improve in 2026; instead, they’re focused on a manipulative, fraudulent structure designed to dangle carrots of hope while they bleed their customers dry. Can’t wait until we collectively decide to boycott and call them out for the greedy, morally bankrupt scum they are.
It’s just nothing but cartel scammers at this point a woman matched me and her name was Gregorio. Her ID had already been verified then she changed her name to Bethany or maybe I should say he changed his name to Bethany and his profile pictures. Two other women transformed into men after marching a year later. Sign up if you want to be catfished and scammed the more money you pay the more likely you are to get scamed. I have had profiles from like 15 different countries try and con me on this app.
Over the years, I’ve spent thousands on dating apps. At $30-40 a month, I would subscribe without much thought. As they’ve increased prices from $30-40 a month to $80-$100 ($110 with tax) a month, paying members have dropped from 10 million down to less than 3 million. No wonder the stock has tanked since its IPO, and the company is cutting most of its staff. Providing a dismal user experience and charging more is not the answer. If Bumble were a 5 star app in 2014, it now rates as -5 stars. The difference is that stark. I’m swiping left one last time and deleting from my iPhone forever.
They will rope you into a “discounted deal” but fail to tell you it’s a subscription and refuse to give you any refund. Very predatory.
This is stupid I put in my number with I 18 my birthday is the 19 of May and I was born in 2008 but it says my account is banned but I don’t even have an account so how can i be banned if I don’t have an account
I have been noticing an uprising of Bmack women who meet white (older usually) men on here and they end up missing or dead, also bumble is kind of notorious for catfish profiles.
