Omio messed up my tickets, saying I booked for next week instead of today. I walked an hour with two big bags to be told I have to wait 10 hours and pay a $10 ticket readjustment.

I used Omio to book a travel from Berlin to Prague and it set me up on 2 trains and a bus. It gave me only 5-10 minutes in between layovers and absolutely NO information on the train/bus platforms. It gave me a bus number that had no relation to the actual bus at all and I had to ask dozens of other travelers just to find the bus. If they could provide actual platform information or guidance how to get to the busses it would’ve been better. Also I almost missed both trains because the layovers were only a few minutes and my bus got delayed… their app layout is confusing and makes it difficult to even access your own tickets. Never using Omio again and I highly recommend you don’t either.
The app is user-friendly to a degree. Each time I selected my choice option for transportation and go to make payment, it always gives an error message. Was unable to use the site or the app to make my purchase which has been quite flustering!
The App does not update the platform changes in real time which ended up with me missing a train. Im sure this has happened to others, and we are left with a loss of time, so transportation, and money. Please fix this.
Direct operator was cheaper. Only after booking learnt that fees are not refundable

Omio doesn’t have an option for you to go from Wittlich to Trier, though several trains go there everyday
Algunas veces confuso
Customer service is garbage. Even the train company say to never use Omio. Customer service is garbage . We had a train cancelled from Berlin to Prague and the CS agent said there was nothing they could do; gave us a refund form to fill out online and book another train last minute which cost us $650. Turns out the train operator said we could’ve simple hopped on another train with our cancelled ticket. Omio cost is $650. Always book directly with train company and never use Omio!
