Physician was informative and knowledgeable about my options and on time!
I used this app and was immediately charged. I entered my insurance information when I created the account and before the appointment. I called my insurance company to see why they didn’t pay it and they said MDLive never sent it to be processed…they charged me $89. I called and was told a supervisor would call to investigate within 24 hours, and I’m still waiting 3 days later. I took the loss as a lesson. Buyer beware, I guess
I’ve used my life during Covid and forgot about this service until recently while dealing with symptoms. Still blown away how fast and efficient service is and that I don’t have to drive to urgent care. I recommend using this service!
Mdlive is great for non emergency situations.

The response from the doctor was great. The actual appointment was quick and great. The only minus was that it took quite a while to get the call. Almost 2 hours.
