What the hell are they talking me a fee for? I’m already paying for the damn food.
It is ridiculous that Schlotzsky’s is now charging a fee to order through the app. This should just be a part of your operating expenses not an additional expense to the customer. Plus adding a tip to the order without even asks is just wrong.
LOVE the convenience of the app mobile order!
I love to eat at my local Schlotzky’s when I’m at my commuter residence, and any other time I find myself near one! But this darn app has kept me from eating there more than a few times. After working a long day, I just want to order my food on the app, drive thru, pick it up and go home, eat and hit the hay! But I have had issues with the app loading at all, crashing, etc. Today, I had no issues with my order and was happy the app provided a survey regarding my experience, only to be disappointed that the comment boxes would not allow me to type anything in! Thus, I finally decided to write a review.
The app is extremely slow. They need to fix the bugs in the system.
If you plan to use this app to place orders ahead of time, don’t bother. They charge a service fee just to be able to place your orders with it. Almost a dollar extra for the “convenience”
Using an app in store is stupid and time consuming. I won’t come here again.
I hit the offer Buy 1 get 1 half off and it charged me full price!
Somehow get my order wrong every single time. I go out of my way to order on the app AHEAD of time so I don’t have to wait and of course when I got there they had “misplaced my order so needed to make a new one.” Really inconvenient when I did my part and went out of my way to order ahead of time so that I didn’t have to wait, yet, I still had to……very frustrating. And this is not the first time.
The best bread hands down! Always soft and fresh with just that hint of crunch on the outside. They never skimp on the toppings and the always flavorful.
