I’ve decided to challenge myself by starting the 75 day, and although it’s my first day the app makes me excited to get started! The features and clear and the recipes are very helpful. I can’t WAIT to get started and see a new me! 🥰
I just downloaded and instantly bought the plan. Not even bad considering I normally go to Dutch bros 5x or more a week. But I love the features offered and the app overall is just aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. I’m excited for my wellness journey!!! And excited to see future app features!!

The app gives several challenge options and it also allows you to customize your challenge if none of the other options are exactly what you’re looking for.
I just started the “Her 75 Days” challenge and I’m ready to put myself and my health first so I can be a better version of myself and be able to go out with friends in confidence and feel good. The app is super cute and really helps motivating me to stay on track! It’s still early but I know I can do it! I’ll check back after 75 days 🤪
