Garbage app! Trying to charge me for the exact same products I listed on my intake as already using including RX rentinol and show my permanent makeup and dimples as acne and under eye circles

The questions aren't popping up for me and it's frustrating. This app has potential just not for me. Please fix it.
It’s very helpful and I feel like personally with someone who struggles with acne pron skin this helped me a lot
was marking my permanent makeup as under eye circles, my dimple as acne. Was trying to put me on a prescription retinol when I already am on that exact strength. And was recommending generic skin care products that I am already using.
Wow! It’s only been a few days using in I love it. You scan your face. AI does an analysis. A dermatologist review and recommend a treatment. You obtain and use your products. What’s also cool is you get a detail facial recognition analysis of wrinkles, oiliness, pigmentation, etc. You’re rated overall and based on each category. You see those problem areas and get instant feedback on progress daily. Lastly, you scan your face daily for progress. So cool!

It won’t let me log my information to get the stuff for my face or anything like that it’s like frozen, it seems like a wonderful app but I personally am kinda disappointed to see this app do this cause I feel that the creams or whatever would really help me
