It simply won’t let me order anything and the chat can’t do anything either.
Overall, the app is easy to use and very helpful for browsing and managing everything in one place. The layout is simple and intuitive, and I haven’t had any issues navigating it. However, I’ve run into a problem where I’m unable to complete purchases through the app. I always have to switch over to the website to place an order, which makes the process a bit inconvenient. If that issue gets fixed, it would be a great all in one experience.
As happy as I am that there's an app, this app is not use friendly at all. Why are the size options not organized logically? Took me a few minutes to find "M" because it was lost in a sea of toddler sizes. Really need to have consumers help reconfigure this app because it makes zero sense. Then I put in my sizes and it's showing me products that are sold out of my size.
I like being able to use an app for shopping the exchange, but not being able to paste passwords is a pet peeve. We’re encouraged to have complex passwords, but can’t paste them from a password manager in this app. Therefore for this app I have to have something short and simple (and therefore less secure).
Inaccurate keyword results
This app sounds great, but the password section says my password is invalid even though it follows all the requirements. Therefore it will not let me creat an account.
The online experience has been horrendous. Mostly it’s the stupid code you have to acknowledge all the time. For one order I did 7 codes. This is the last time I use the AAFES online and app.
Change my store does not work properly. Also too many OTP requests.
The app works great especially because of how fast the pages load. Makes it a lil easier to shop on the go
I have a couple of Exchanges near by and neither one of them is listed to select as my store
