Hope theres an update
I don’t know how many times I’m taking pics for the ID verification
I tried to enter the EXACT DATE for my arrival yet the app can’t respond the inputs, it is so slow too! What a hassle!
Been trying for days to get into the app. There is no log in, you are reliant on the app sending an email; I’ve tried 3 emails and get nothing. Can’t go to the Philippines without that one email.
Registered before and used several times. Now I try to login with phone number, but it is defaulted with PH country code. So I can not login.

You should better to register before one week to your departure
I applied for renewal 2 months ago but still on verification process
Yung ibang ID hindi naman lumalabas kagaya ng TIN and Drivers License. Ok sana sya kasi lahat ng ID mo nasa isang app na lang.
