I have been with ymail for decades. I lost my iPhone & had a HORRENDOUS experience trying to get back into my ymail account. I am still not sure why the process was so unnecessarily very complicated since I had passwords, security questions, another security email address & I even purchased & activated another phone to gain access to my acct. Nothing worked. I kept getting an automated email response that my account was not accessible. I can not express how desperately I tried to access my ymail account. I finally gave up after maybe about a month of trying (I’m not sure of the timeline). About two (2) months after I had given up due to frustration, on a whim, I tried to access my ymail account again & was able to gain entry into the venue. I am so very extremely pleased that I could get into my email info & files from decades ago that I still need verification for my employment. What I am so very displeased with is the abysmal process in trying to recover my ymail account. This current process is so very totally unacceptable. If I had not persisted & accepted the rote message that my ymail address was not recoverable, I would have conceivable lost decades of Standard Op’l Processes (SOP).

Ads in your inbox that you have to pay to remove, don’t get a Yahoo email address if you don’t already have one and don’t use this app Case in point with the passive aggressive response below. AVOID! Don’t reward this, friends!
Show as many non-dating site ads as you like, but stop the flipping dating site advertisements.
I love many things about Yahoo as i have been a user since its second year. I loved saying Yahoo! To people. My exceptions are 2: I wish the stars could be multiple colors and i wish we could sort by more features our email boxes especially when large like mine. The

So many ads. I understand that Ada are necessary on a FREE app, I’m not stupid, but you can’t delete them and they are disguised as emails to you.
Let me remove the ads myself without paying
They got back to me the day after I sent them an email.
I depend on Yahoo app is very important for me.
