This is an all-in-one pediatric tool. Select the patient's age and it will calculate the weight. You can override the weight with your own selection. Now, you can get weight and age-specific information for your patient: ETT size, depth, fiberoptic selection, LMA size and fluid requirements. You can get weight-specific drug dosing, including cardiac medications. With this one app you will have all the information you need to take care of a newborn, or other small patient. There will no longer be a need to look up multiple formulas and sizing equations. Nothing has been simpler!

Great and straight to the point. Used as an adjunct app to vargo anesthesia app for peds cases
You can’t put in exact ages or weights and the app doesn’t say if the recommended doses are per kilo or if they are the actual dose. This app is a total waste of money.
Able to calculate doses using only whole kilograms! How about a 2.5 kg child, etc. Not worth a penny.
I can't believe they can charge for this app. Limited info provided. very disappointed
This is a very useful app but it could be even better with some small tweaks. First, including ranges for all vital signs would be helpful. Additionally, including the per kg dosing with the calculated dose would be very useful in dose selection. Also, including more of the commonly used drugs would be helpful (no morphine or hydromorphone?). If these things were added this would be a one stop app for pediatric anesthesia residents.
This app will be used every single day on my pediatric rotation for sure! So user friendly! Everything I need is right at the tip of hands!

Makes doing pediatric cases very easy. This has a nice collection of utilities for every day use doing Pediatrics .
