I’ve been trying to update my password for a week. Keep getting an error message and there is no way to get help, in app, online, or by phone. “Something isn’t connecting on our end. This issue is temporary, so please try again shortly.”
Reminders, Ease of access and ordering and Prompt Delivery.
I downloaded this app as the only option for my new provider and can’t get a single medicine delivered. There are non pharmacies near me.
Love using Express Scripts! Very easy, and convenient.
HORRIBLE. Unreliable. Use ANYONE else. If you need the medication on time you can count on them to make sure it’s LATE.

You indicate that the composite review score for your system is 4.7!! Based on my personal experience, I find that to be VERY IMPLAUSIBLE. Lately, the very BASIC PROCESS of simply ordering a prescription or a refill has been fraught with errors and inconsistencies. You told me you couldn’t complete an order for a new medication because it was not yet eligible for renewal. Your suggestions for me to enroll in auto renewal are so frequent that it feels like badgering. I could go on and on but I want to emphasize that, in my opinion, it’s your System that is the problem, not your Service Representatives who are your windows to the public and probably take much of the heat. Without question, if there was financially competitive option available to me, I would be gone! Michael Noonan

I can NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER receive my Eloquis in a timely fashion. They are ALWAYS LATE ! I have more than one prescription- spelling beginning with an “E” -…. Which they cannot ever get correct. Their system is broken …. I am a medical professional, and I expect much better standards than this. The people are great and are always doing their best to fill the prescriptions however, the system is completely broken, and the delivery service is pitiful, especially when you live in the sticks or boondocks!
