Offer delivery on refill page
This app is awful. Prescriptions constantly disappear so I can’t use the app to request a refill. It always shows “No new messages” regardless if there are or not and some messages from my pharmacy never make it to me. I have complained about this repeatedly over the past couple of years but the problems never get fixed.
I don’t receive notifications the pharmacy has messaged me.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to delete messages. A design I think needs some attention.
Love this app it makes it so easy to refill my medication and also choose from pick up at the pharmacy or to be delivered to my home address!
This application has been absolutely impossible to use. Despite registering and reaching out to customer service multiple times, I still have not been able to connect to my pharmacy. I have no ability to access my prescription information. I will likely have to switch pharmacies as a result of the ineffectiveness of this application and the negative impact it is having on my ability to access care. 0/5 stars. If you can find a pharmacy that doesn’t use this app, I would recommend going that route.
It would be nice when you tell me I have a prescription ready that you would name the medicine that I have ready

This was a great app and very convenient. However, it’s gotten to have multiple errors every time it updates and now currently it won’t even launch
