The NEJM Image Challenge App brings a popular online feature for medical professionals to the iPhone and iPod Touch. Optimized for viewing on the iPhone and iPod Touch, the NEJM Image Challenge App helps you to test and hone your diagnostic and visual skills anytime, anywhere. Please note: Minimum OS version supported is iOS 7.0. The New England Journal of Medicine is known for its compelling medical graphics and illustrations. The NEJM Image Challenge App randomly selects from over 400 challenging clinical photos published weekly in the NEJM Images in Clinical Medicine series. Choose an image and answer multiple-choice questions. Keep taking the challenge until you get it right and then move on to the next challenge! Updates for text size handling. Since the app was not created to handle larger text sizes, we saw an alignment issue on the settings screen when the user sets their font to the largest standard font size, or turns on the larger font sizes for visually-impaired users.

Easy, fast, works well. Option to randomly practice/quiz/learn with old images, or sort by newest and just keep up with new ones.
Could you please update the app, so it will be possible to save most interesting and complex cases in a different folder. Thank you so much
great for semiology practice
this app is listed as “compatible with … iPad” but this is not the case. When attempting to report a problem, the “item cannot be found” looks like a great app, and should work on either iPhone or iPad, but .. it’s not the case. Great idea poorly executed - save your money.

Great medical app that is fun and intellectually challenging however an iPad version would be great!
画像診断を選択肢から選ぶ問題形式となってます。ためになって大変良いのですが、写真の解像度が低いので細かい所見を読み取るのはやや厳しいです。肺腫瘤なんかは正解見ても何処にあるのか分かりません。NEJM Web上の高解像度の写真にリンクしてくれると良いのですがね。
Hesitated...what the heck. Glad I purchased it. I'm familiar with about 75% of the medical terms I've seen in the quiz. I, however, would really like at the minimum something written for each of the answers, not just the correct one. If I chose the incorrect answer, then tell me why it is incorrect. Not really a deal -breaker but the pics could be of better resolution. It's a brand new app—give it a chance. Btw, there is nudity in this app. I noticed the rating and found it odd that it was at 4+. I understand the medical necessity of such content, but this is a free-for-all AppStore (as long as you provide the money) and the rating system is the only thing provided to help parents restrict there children's app purchases. I'm assuming this to be APPLE'S fault and not the developers.
