I have the credit card transaction but I haven’t received any email confirmation . No personal support. I am really frustrated and disappointed with StubHub
I bought tickets then could not go to the game. I felt secure buying the tickets because they promise you can sell if your plans change. Of course something unexpected came up and I attempted to sell my tickets. They held my listing hostage for 4 days, multiple calls to customer service with no help. I was told keep waiting and your listing will be released. Total lie. Customer service is no help, has no ability to assist in a meaningful way. Total scam.
This will go down as the worst ticket buy / sell event ever. We have listed our World Cup tickets for sale a dozen times. They go from pending to disappearing. Talked to customer service multiple times and you can barely understand them on the phone cause of their foreign accents. And when you get a few words of advice they’re worthless. Delete stubhub permanently and move to Ticketmaster.
StubHub was unable to produce a viable parking bar code until less than 15 minutes before the event started. I had called hours before the event and spent more than an hour on the phone with one agent, and spoke with at least two others. None were able to produce a viable parking bar code. An hour after I had paid (again) for parking at the lot directly and requested a refund through StubHub, an agent called to say that they found a way to get me a barcode and that I could not get a refund. Original sale through StubHub may have been fraudulent. Regardless, I was unable to use the service for which I paid, so I will be disputing the charge.
Stub hub used to be great, now it send you all over the place for your tickets. I try my best not tinuse stub hub
Don’t make a mistake buying tickets for the wrong day or anything because they just simply will not refund you. Then, if you try to sell the tickets to get your money back, the listing will sit as pending for 72 hours or more (for them to “verify” your tickets) even though you just bought them from THEM. If you call, they do not care. They’ll just read from a script about their return and resale policies and put you on hold for 30+ min or until you just get fed up and hang up. There are many other sites to get tickets, I will NEVER use StubHub again.
Didn’t receive the right seat and whatever the policy they have on getting it made right definitely is bs. Long story short tickets were listed along the barricade and received tickets along the isle on the complete opposite side. Always I was told was that it was valid. Listenings don’t match.
I’m parking tick was a scam and was not able to park to garage across to make it convenient for families with little of 3 but the posted listing was a scam and had to find parking elsewhere and was late to get inside. You guys need to do a better job removing scam listings.
Will never use stub hub again. Had 12 days to deliver a ticket. Less than three hours before show start, had to purchase another ticket. Drove 7 hours to see the show. Bottom line, you can’t trust they will actually deliver.
They send to much spam, even after unsubscribing I still get spamed
