Very good app for us I'm very like it.
Very disappointed from progressive I been with them for yrs and finally I got a discount and now they are changing me for some one who does not drive my car and now super high charges so what discounts after all
My agent I deal with is amazing and is always willing to help me when I need her.
The last few months, I’ve paid my bill and then I get threatened with cancellation emails due to non payment. The app essentially is demanding I pay twice. I’ve started keeping screenshots of the payment from my bank when it’s cleared. Absolutely ridiculous!

Wish I could do more from the app
Progressive is the worst insurance you can buy if you need to make a claim - been a customer for several years, but the first time I made a claim, they would not pay enough to cover it, only paying $60/hr for labor, when it is double that anywhere - when they asked for my feedback, I told them I wanted to talk to a manager and have never heard a word!! If you cash their check, I’m sure they’ll claim you’ve accepted their payment and agreed to what they paid - I never agreed, but they sent the check anyway - haven’t cashed yet!!
