Too Complicated-Requires many steps to sign in instead of just FaceID or password

Stop auto logging me out all the time its extremely annoying.

This app is almost impossible to use. The app won’t let me link my bank account. I can’t even log on to the website to pay my first months rent because it makes you go through the app. Incredibly frustrating and pointless.

App does not allow me to add banking information to pay rent. When entering the code sent to my phone and selecting remember me, the app never remembers my device. Cheaply built app

App to has failed to work properly. Since using it over a year ago. Some payments go through/ others don’t. The most recent experience happened three months ago. The building we live in couldn’t process payment and apparently Loft had a bank account that wasn’t even ours. They are charging our land lord/ building $40 return fee for a problem that isn’t even mine. And support is horrendous. I have been paying rent in person by check since I can’t get that $40 fee waived because after trying many times I can’t contact a real person for support.

Hate this app can’t wait till I move and no longer have to use this app. Constantly logs you out. Keeps popping up to earn rewards and charges ridiculous fees. Used to be able to make split payments which I lived then the took it away. It’s an irritating app

The app tends to be a little slow, which is unfortunate. But the idea is right on point! I love that I can access so much information in one place! One immediate fix is every time I try to open the community interests page within the app. It logged me out for some reason. Fix that in this app is a 4.5 star, fix the speed and it is a five star!

Why not create a ‘Buy & Sell’ tab at the bottom bar that allows residents to post an item or vehicle for sale, incl details, and asking price? The features of posting in this tab should include: immediate posting without having to wait for post approval by apartment managers (it’s annoying having to wait over the weekend until they’re back in office!), and a way for interested buyers to create a private convo w/ the seller but specifically for that listing. In my neighborhood, we have to post on the community main wall w/ our personal phone numbers in order to be contacted by buyers, and I just don’t think that’s very safe nor very 2026 of the Loft Living app… we need to have functional features that meet the needs of the residents using this app.

Can’t log in. Why do you need to use realpageid? Should just log in through the garbage app but there’s no connectivity.
