Even though I have the timeout set to 4 hours, it times out after only a few minutes. This doesn’t happen on the Website. Also, the Website has features and data hard to find on the app. Usually, it’s better to use the Website on my phone than the app.
The message feature doesn’t work please fix
Had money to invest and was looking forward to it but the process was impossible. Can’t verify my phone number but yet your representative just texted me at it? Need to upload my license and a selfie even though I did it yesterday and already trial funded the account? Guess another brokerage is getting my money. Great reviews until you sort by recent. Go elsewhere
Etrade has been holding the funds which were supposed to be transferred in 3 days. It has not transferred in even 60 days. Customer service has no idea. There is no escalation or responsible authority to service . It feels like some kind of cash hoarding scam at this firm. Reaching to FINRA and SEC is next step.
The user experience is too bad to even trade a stock in this modern era.
Sometimes I open the app and the account tab is completely blank. I can’t see what’s going on with my investments. I have to go manually login on the website instead. This app is so unreliable.
Just stop asking me to agree to terms of service for push notifications. I don’t want push notifications :( Need to do a better job of disclosing employer stock plan fees
All this app does is crash every five minutes and then you have to restart it again. Drives me crazy!
There is no way to “research” an ETF - like the ability to see its holdings etc. Seems like an important feature for brokerage app.
I tried to open a business brokerage account and everyone I spoke to said different things! They just dragged me on for 2 weeks with different agents saying from “things are fine just wait” to “you need to submit this document…oh, wait, no you don’t” and ultimately someone on the backend rejecting the application. No one has any idea what is actually needed and they just waste your time. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
