I got the ANC Crusher 2 set and every single time I turn them on I have to hit allow on my phone. This app is not needed to just listen to music; don’t waste your time.
my headphones cannot connect to the app but it’s sending me notifications it’s so worried about sending notifications that it’s not even working probably.
Just bought $200 headphones and you would expect the app to atleast be able to do its job and connect to them, but it doesnt.
I’ve tried updating my method 360 anc or what not, I’ve tried so many times but it’s saying connection error or the update was interrupted, and I don’t know why it’s happening, but I like the bass and the button and the short cuts, it’s just won’t let me update them
Got the ANC 2 the fact I paid so much money just for an app not able to simply connect to it so I can adjust the settings is aggravating waste of time and money
I paid over 200 bucks for some headphones and they’re not even compatible with the app… surely it can’t be that hard to make it compatible with the IQ app if it connects and works with the regular skullcandy app. (If yall made it compatible with the crusher 540s id be very thankful)
The app randomly disconnects you and has trouble reconnecting so you’ll have to close it out and try reconnecting
One job is to connect to the device that they literally manufacture design and sell but failed the one job
I’ve left a review before because I could not connect my skull candy arc 2s to the iq app and I had got in touch with skull candy and they said there working on a update it’s been 3 months I’m disappointed
Not gonna lie the only problem that I have with that app is that it’s telling me that I have a new update on my earbuds but every time I go to update them it has a error and will not let me update them besides that I don’t have any real problems.
