Three stars FOR THE APP. The stores themselves and the employees who work there are awesome! Very kind and patient. I have been using the Circle k app for maybe 3 or 4 years. I have always liked it. Their promotional games are not that great in my opinion, but the gas promotions really help. However, THREE times in the last few weeks, I had a problem redeeming either a reward or a sale or offer. There seems to be a technical problem between what is shown on the app and the registers. The main reason I go to circle k is because of something I see on the app, and there should be no issue at all to get what the app says I can get. I tried reaching out to Circle K, but never got a reply.
I only do my fuels at state wide Gas Stations Available! I search before my tank hits 3/4. And fill .

Great place to fuel up and get the necessity needed. Short distance from my home as well.
I went in to use a coupon on the Zyn (save $10 on 5). The circle K says the coupon doesn’t work. I’m at a circle k using the coupon from the circle k app. What more do you want from me? False advertising, I only went there to use the coupon. Those of us who use the app for coupons will plan on the money saving that you’re promoting. Don’t put your problems on customer!
I been going to the store on Stapley & Inverness Ave in Mesa AZ for 2 years now and the Manager (Sue), is so awesome & Professional to everyone & she always has a smile & she’s always there! Give that Lady a great raise, cuz she deserves it!!!
