Live requests for maintenance, housekeeping, and amenities have not worked once. When I tap them, it goes to a blank white screen and I have to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to use the rest of the app.

He is an amazing activity leader. He is the best we have ever had at a resort. Very entertaining and makes you feel very welcomed.

Useful app while staying at the resort, but it is buggy. Several times, the link I followed opened to a completely blank page with no back button and I had to force quit the app. The app would seem to have a “remind me” feature with a bell icon next to upcoming events. I marked a few events this way but never received a reminder. (Yes, I’ve allowed the app to do notifications in iOS Settings)

I’m writing this to just let everybody know there is no way this should be a two for 1 resort. 1.Pain in the butt checking in 2. Put in temp room for a night 3.tv don’t work in room or bar 4 the second day they started charging for cabanas 75-200us per day 5. preferred bar you climb that hill now yesterday shorten hours closed at 10 pm while super Bowl was still in in the 3 quarter. Had to leave 6. Spa prices terrible high ! No preferred restaurant 7. Anyone can go to preferred pool and lounge And beach ( no one check and we were here for 2 week. 8. no dress code any restaurant 9. smoking at preferred pool beach Sale people are not employees of UVC they try anything ! Run 10.staff is very friendly & cleaning Management hid behind glass doors& lie to you too. On scale for secrets I would rate it at a 3.5 In at a Diamond level

How do you bookmark a resort?

We used the app during two separate occasions to the resort. This last time we were encouraged to download it for things like ordering room service...received a message that there was no room service. We were encouraged to use it to book pool cabanas…the price quoted in the app was higher than the one provided by the staff who walk around attempting to fill the beds. We were told to use the app to book the private chef experience at the teppanyaki restaurant, there was no button available for that. Met another couple who booked through the site and then when coordinating with the hostess, she couldn’t see the reservation. Looks like a lot more updates and testing need to be completed before rollout out to users.

The entrance to my door of my room had plaster not painted the balcony small gross , the so called vip food was cold steak hard vomit , my room don’t get me started I’m use to secrets. This hotel sucks I’m so disappointed As a vip I expected better

While the hotel and staff are wonderful, this app is about as useful a box of wet matches. That is to say, useless and frustrating. Give us paper menus and a reliable map. That's not a big ask.

Every time you re-open the app you need to re-search for the resort. The app crashes… a lot. Constantly gives errors and won’t open
