Lingvano - Learn Sign Language

I’ve been doing this app for about two years now and it’s been very helpful for someone with severe central auditory processing disorder. I think I’m ready to start communicating more with deaf people and the Deaf.

Great App, but not free like it advertised 👎🏼

Just downloaded this app tonight and was excited to start learning ASL. However, before I could even finish chapter 2 I’m at a paywall. It will not let me move forward w my lessons without paying per month. Super disappointing.

I hope this app reads this review because this WILL help! So the app is great, Iv learned so much! But what about the different ways of learning for different people? I wish there where pictures, like the ones that you would see when you googled the signs of whatever you wanted to know, I wish they added them next to the pic, because I learn off of pictures that show arrows! But anyways, it’s amazing! I’m 13 and I hear that “oh it’s way more better to lear with your parents from the answers we get after the tests” well frick you! Iv already learned so much! And by my self! Hah! Other kids, get this app, it’s great, unless you die from cringe videos then you’ll have to suffer😂😩

Overall the app is really good and I learned a lot, except for the fact that it’s not free, so there’s not too big of a reason to keep using it after you use all of your free lessons.

The app is very useful and feels a lot like a game, so very fun. Great for maintenance between courses. I gave it 4 stars because the app pauses the audio on Apple/iOS for a silent video, which makes no sense. Lingvano, I would use this app a lot more, like on the train or in a waiting room, if I didn’t have to choose between the app and my audio which I use to drown out people playing stuff on their phone speaker

Even though I’m not deaf this can be an impact on non deaf people in relationships with friends people who are dating and one is deaf and the other can hear this app if very friendly and I definitely recommend it

I love this app. Just wish they would cut some slack when you miss spell a word by one letter.

i love this app so much and its so much better than Duolingo but after like seven days you need to pay to go to the next level

There are no adds you are able to remember everything. They have clear steps. It is unexplainable download this app now if your trying to learn ASL!!!

I just got this app. I am a hearing person. However, I think it would be eye opening to converse with people who are forced to view the world in an unfortunate way. This app makes it possible to learn at home. I’m so excited to begin my journey. Thank you Lingvano! (Ps, I wish it had a music choice)

I’m really enjoying the lessons in this app. The instruction and directions are very clear.
