MTM is the worst ride service I have ever had to use. This is the only option I have for getting back and forth to my IOP appointments, and it takes up my entire day even though my classes are only 3 hours long. The drivers either show up 2 hours early, or cancel the trip without even showing up or calling. And to get back home, they leave me waiting for hours just for a 15 minute drive back home. My rides are somehow constantly being canceled and delayed, and I’m left waiting around for hours and wasting most of my day 5 days a week.
I have already deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone,enabled background refresh, and checked location services. The app still does not appear under iPhone location settings and the “I’m Here/ I’m Leaving” buttons are not functioning. This appears to be an app side issue rather than a phone setting issue. PLEASE escalate this to technical support!!
I do not have a car and battling cancer I have so many appointments without this service I don’t know what I’d do. Drivers have been very kind
AS OF MAY 24TH I CAN NO LONGER SIGN IN HORRIBLE APP CREATOR just switch back to access to care this app sucks also representatives can’t edit trips anymore or times so dumb and takes forever to get one when you call. MTM please fix this bs
I miss the old app I used to use for transportation Acess too care through Medicaid , I could scheduled rides every week. I haven't been able to schedule one in 2 months . Worthless app
I have a problem scheduling a ride for my son who is below 18 years old. It keeps giving me a minor member alert. I had to call their number to schedule the ride. How do we fix this?
This app is horrible, never lets me sign in no water what I try. Please fix this!!
You book rides in advance as your told to then they aren’t approved and when you call no one can seem to tell you why. Also they book you with Uber or Lyft and when your ride doesn’t show up and u call they act like your lying and then a ride shows up 45 later making you late for a non medical ride. Worst customer service 98% of the time. There are a few good ones that want to tel you and don’t make you feel stupid or like it’s your fault. Insurance companies should listen to their clients and find a new company to use.
App is locked can’t login and nobody showed up to pick me up to important Dr appt
The driver was on time to pick me up and on time to get me to my appointment he drove well he was friendly just a nice person
