Too many bugs or glitches.
This is just terrible software. It's an outrage that in the mid-2020s, a large company like Sonos cannot get their act together and make decent software. They have good hardware, but the software is absolutely terrible. Impossible to get my Speakers to play in unison. Sonos should fire their head of engineering and hire Claude to write their software. It couldn't be worse than what they've put out so far.
Works every I need it to, office, home, RV, Lake, etc. App is sometimes a pain but the kinks worked themselves out! 🙌🏼🙏🏼
Has sucked since an update about two years ago. Never works, do not waste your money on their speakers.
World’s worst software
These speakers are insane. Got 3 to cover a large area. They sync up perfectly. Sound insane
Why hasn’t this POS app been fixed yet?! Is it too much to ask that hitting Play and Pause just works?! Let’s start with just that and then move on to linking multiple rooms.
Love the sound
But not anymore. Nothing works as it should. It won’t transmit to the rooms I have set up.. It won’t use my off-line devices like my turntable. It needs constant maintenance and updating. Ever since the upgrade that they did two years ago, it’s been terrible.
No customer service. Never connects without csncelking and restoring the system. Save your money!!!
