No way to savw password, everytine you have to input oassword. No way to ‘Stay Logged in’. You clock out for your 10 min break, come back in after 9 mins its already logged you out, start from inputting the password, see that piggy stroll for some tine then click on the Time button at the bottom then click on the Break Over thing… please fix this. I want to STAY LOGGED IN THE APP FOR AT LEAST 30 days without having to input the password again. It is important esp when clocking and out for 10 minute mandatory breaks!!!!!!! Your rival ON THE CLOCK keeps users logged in always. Requesting Sick Time Off - Inputting Hours is GLITCHY - Will not take in time keeps zeroing out on mobile app. Fix it

Love this app! After working as a gov contractor so many years🫩this app has been such a welcome change🤗I really like being able to clock in & out from my phone, see paycheck estimates, start different savings accounts for different things I’d like to save up for that automatically deposit, pull from those accts to transfer to debit card if needed, see how many hours I’ve logged, put in day off requests, see co workers days off scheduled & their bdays & milestones. Such a great little app & after being treated like a child for decades at a gov facility this has been such a breath of fresh air being more in control of my time at work😎Very nice! Tysm Gusto team! Keep up the great work!

There’s already enough fees and taxes. The fee to transfer your own money from your account to another could be better

This app takes forever to initiate and then makes you wait for a 2FA code that is also slow to arrive. Your clock in time is always a couple minutes after you tap the app. Then it tells you, a grown adult, that you are where you are supposed to be. It’s gross.

Very quick and easy. Using this app was easy it walked me through everything I needed to do. I was completely done in lesson 10 minutes. It was my first time using this app. The second time I used it to set up an account it took me less than one minute.

Never get paid early always get paid days late. Contact Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Eight Five Five, Four One One, Two Three Seven Two, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Eight Seven Seven, Two Seven Five, Three Three Four Two, Re: Delayed Direct Deposits Direct deposit is always delayed over 5-6 days after actual payday, due to negligence, rent and utilities are now paid late with late fees added because they delay payroll deposits

Told me if I sign up to gusto I would get my check earlier…didn’t get it earlier. Then I was charged nearly to percent to transfer funds which I was told was free. If u want to transfer funds to account it takes 5 business days. Scams.

I’ve used gusto for about 3 years now, and it is complete garbage, I could not hate this app more, support is nowhere to be found, load times are horrid, it crashes, their top concern is being cute with dumb animations and font If you decide as a company to use this app, you are torturing your employees and I hope your coffee is always the wrong temperature If I could give 0 stars I would. Trash- the dev team should be fired and blacklisted, I’ve seen government websites that function better

Gusto Mobile requires use of the most updated version of the app, which is not compatible with some legacy iOS versions on older phones. This prevents opening the app and renders it useless, and is a basic feature to have. Sad to see user experience neglect and hope that this is changed in the future.
