Are my favorite things about the app; the buy again filter is super handy but for me, the ultimate best is the avocado option. As soon as you select one, you will be prompted if you want the avocado ready to eat now (1-2 days), no preference or ready to eat later (3-4 days).

love the curbside service. always get the right groceries, great replacements if not, and wonderful service

I honestly disagree with the 4.7 star rating, this app deserves a full 5 stars across the board. I absolutely love the H-E-B app. It works flawlessly, the search function actually finds what I’m looking for, and the home page is thoughtfully designed and genuinely useful. The shopping list features and organization tools are everything a Type A person could dream of. Grocery planning has never been easier. As someone who pays attention to customer experience, I can confidently say this is one of the best retail apps I’ve ever used. If I knew every retail CEO in the world, I would personally introduce them to the team behind this app and encourage them to learn from it. The developers, designers, and everyone involved deserve raises, recognition, and a lot of praise for creating an app that simply gets everything right. Well done, H-E-B!

Who decided it was a good idea to add items to a list. Then make the customer go that list. Then add to cart. Why would anyone want to go through 2 steps to get their damn groceries?!!! It is BEYOND ANNOYING to say the extreme least!! Take this “feature” OFF!!! It’s a horrible idea!!

The app used to work great and I can use it until we pull into the parking lot, then it freezes. We can’t use the list we made or access the barcode for coupons once we’re in store, making the app useless.

Great app — does almost everything I need. Only wish I could save and quickly switch between my three favorite HEB locations since inventory selection varies by store. I like to plan my shopping in advance and often change which location I visit depending on where I am that day or from store parking lot space availability.

The app does not include apartment number of my address to delivery service. Delivery service must call me directly to deliver order. This has happened on my last three orders. Something has changed recently in the H-E-B app.

I use to love it until I couldn’t use quick check out to get my meds. Every time I go to sign and submit it day oops something went wrong and deleted the app and downloaded it again and I still have the same problem

App won’t work if you don’t allow it to have permission to view your email and phone number and even if you click allow it won’t let you login. It’s been ruined from something.
