Brand new. Won’t connect
This is seriously what TCL expects its customers to use? This app is a complete joke!! My portable AC will not connect to the app at all. I thought I was doing something wrong until I suspected the app might be the problem. And reading the App Store reviews I was right. This app is beyond garbage for a company like TCL. If this is a reflection of the company, I will no longer be buying TCL going forward
Where do I begin, well firstly the grammar in the app is incorrect which is very unprofessional. Then I literally can’t connect it because it’s so glitchy, plus the AC is off by 10 degrees. It’s great and quiet But the app was a mandatory feature for me and I can’t even use it. Sucks!
Before: AC Window doesn’t want to connect to the tcl app (it doesn’t appear at all) CF mode. Now: Just needed the matter code I was looking in the instructions but it’s actually on the side of the window, now it works like a charm on the tcl app and apple HomeKit!
Consistently says not connected to internet when everything else in my house works perfectly fine. Logs out too often. Cheap and unreliable
I’ve been trying for the past 30 minutes to connect my smart dehumidifier to this app. It still doesn’t connect even when following the directions meticulously and correctly. Highly disappointing.
I cannot get my window unit to connect to WiFi and I KNOW I AM DOING IT CORRECTLY. The whole reason I bought this AC was so that I could control it through my phone. Do better TCL!
We’re not completely download and I’m unable to open. It is completely useless. Cannot get any help from anyone.
I have tried multiple times and the app cannot find the device. What is the point of having this app if it will not connect to the device?
Horrible app it permenantly locks you out of your devices once you update and wont let you reconnect oh but you can scan the code that it covered bc it is embeded in the wall because its a in-wall ac like whos bright eyed self designed this POS deserves negative stars
I set it up. Works for a couple of days. Stops working. Locks me out. Days go by before I discover a work around. I am disabled. An app is critical for me. This one - not so good - at all.
Scanned the QR code in my user manual for TV soundbar Model #S45H, app downloaded but lo and behold my model is not listed! Hundreds purchased the exact soundbar on Amazon but none of us can use the app! Thanks for nothing
