A little nervous using for the app for the first time. Turns out there was no reason! Reserving was simple; check in even more so!! No issues whatsoever.
Very good at finding best deals
Very rewarding
Works so far. I was skeptical at first. We used it a lot in Colombia. Let’s see if it works for Miami. If it does then I can save hundreds on some hotel stays.
So far so good, the point system is amazingly rewarding. Try it out you’ll love it!
Super has been incredibly easy to use and has helped me stay on top of my finances. The app is straightforward , the features are useful, and I appreciate how simple it is to navigate everything in one place.
Good app for low prices that don’t show up other places
Great app, easy to win money
This experience felt like a two-party trap: the hotel is being sold as something it no longer appears to be, and the booking platform gives them cover with a nonrefundable policy. I booked Hotel Maya through Super.com because it was represented as a 4-star hotel. I paid a higher price based on that rating. After booking, but before checking in, I looked more closely at recent reviews and saw a very different picture. Recent guests describe roaches, dirty rooms, outdated facilities, poor maintenance, unexpected charges, poor customer service, parking/security issues, and a major decline after the hotel was no longer affiliated with DoubleTree. That is the core issue. This property appears to still be benefiting from an old 4-star reputation connected to the DoubleTree days, even though recent reviews describe something much closer to a 1- or 2-star guest experience. But the bigger problem is how Super.com handled it. They sold me the booking based on the 4-star representation, then when I raised the issue before checking in, they hid behind the reservation being “nonrefundable” unless the hotel agreed to release the money. That makes no sense. If the complaint is that the hotel was materially misrepresented, why should the hotel be the one deciding whether the customer gets a refund? That policy creates a perfect barrier for the customer: the platform says it cannot refund without the hotel’s approval, while the hotel has every financial incentive to refuse. So the customer is stuck, even when the listing appears materially different from the current reality. I contacted Super.com around 9:40 PM and kept trying to resolve this until nearly 2:00 AM. For most of that time, the process felt automated or AI-driven. When I finally reached live agents, I still did not receive a meaningful resolution, and the chat was eventually closed. I did not check in because I no longer felt comfortable staying there, especially since I was attending a car event and planned to bring my Ferrari. One recent review even mentioned a vehicle being hit in the hotel’s gated lot and concerns about the parking security/camera coverage. This was not buyer’s remorse. I relied on a 4-star rating, then discovered recent public reviews that made the property appear materially different from what was advertised. In my opinion, both the hotel and Super.com are responsible: the hotel benefits from the outdated rating, and Super.com helps enforce the trap by taking payment and then hiding behind a no-refund rule. Read the most recent reviews carefully before booking Hotel Maya, especially through any platform listing it as a 4-star hotel or offering a nonrefundable rate.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed using this app. It’s simple to navigate, offers real ways to save money, and the rewards and travel perks are a nice bonus. The layout is clean, easy to understand, and makes budgeting feel less stressful. Definitely worth downloading if you like saving money while earning extra benefits at the same time. Highly recommend!
All I can say is do not download this app. I paid my membership fee this month and the app states I don’t owe again til June 16th but every day they attempt to draft the fee out of my bank account, Apple wallet, and it’s impossible to get support via the chat or to cancel the membership on your own in the app. All they want is your banking info so they can overcharge you.
