Why am I still being shown adds when paying for no ads. I don’t care that I can skip it, I shouldn’t be getting any ads period

I just signed up for a month of Disney+ with Hulu and I must say I haven’t hated something so much in a long time. App routes you to website, which routes you to whatever “mydisney” is, which routes you back to app (where you can’t signup). Not only do they hide your subscription info, you can no longer use Apple to manage said subscription. They have a section for Apple Pay, but it fails. Apple and Disney are not competitors, so this is a purely political reason. When companies make it hard to cancel, they are admitting their service is garbage. What does making it hard to signup mean? Seriously so dang strange. Final nail in the coffin for me, I’ll never support this company again.

Can you add the Indonesian language?

I like Disney because I like Disney because I like the way that you can just pick the show and it loads and it doesn’t even have bugs unless it’s raining and it’s always my go to apps it’s my favorite app you should download it

I like Disney+ because I can watch tons of different movies and series. The only problem is there’s more and more and more horror shows instead of family friendly shows so please get rid of the horror shows and add more family friendly shows. Also I have been waiting months for new episodes of ladybug and cat noir to come out, but it hasn’t yet and The thing that makes me most mad is that luckily I was able to watch all of them on fubo so I don’t know what’s going on, but you gotta add all of the ladybug and cat noir show shows please.

Consistently lags, crashes, pauses from nothing, and closes randomly. Every other streaming platform is better. Better off using a p!rating cite which also crashes a lot but still less than this and you don’t have to watch adds or pay

The app is good it just i get 2 minutes of ads every 5 minuets and its so annoying it makes me want to do something else

Don’t get me wrong I love Disney! but now I can’t watch it, I have been watching lady bug and cat noir for awhile now, but when I heard that I had to update it I thought no biggie but now I can’t, because I need an iOS 16.5. ugh I can’t find it anywhere else as well please Disney!

So i absolutely LOVE Disney+, but now i cant use it because its 13+. That makes me really mad, because it used to be 4+ and had a super big jump. Its really unfair for kids who used to use it on their phone or ipad if they did the recent update because it blocks all apps over their age rating. Can you please make it at least 9+?? Thank you

I will never recommend this app. Every time I watch a show or movie it just stops playing during the ads. I have to then leave the app and go back in and it starts playing the ads from the beginning again. For how much money Disney makes you'd think they could afford to make a decent app. Terrible, will not be renewing my subscription.

I don’t know what update you put out but none of my Apple devices(phone /tablet) are able to connect to the account I have already paid for.

It’s just there’s too much ads and it lasts forever it’s a good app though.
